Do you know what happens to the Cranium sculpting clay when you don't play it for 5 years?
It crystallizes.
Salt crystals galore. Apparently we need friends to come play games with us more often.

That's too hilarious! We should get together and play both of our Cranium games at the same time because I found out a few weeks ago that ours did the same thing! Too funny.
And if you come to our house to play Cranium, please, bring play-doh.
I wonder what they put in that stuff. It's been multiple years since we've pulled out our Cranium game. I might go check out the dough in there to see its condition.
Salt is what they put in the stuff. Classic play-doh recipes are flour, water and salt. (With a little bit of oil and perhaps cream of tarter.) By volume it's about 20% salt. As it dries out, the salt comes out of whatever sort of suspension or solution it is in and slowly crystallizes. For best results, leave undisturbed for a few years.
We'll play with you guys!!! I think we've only played games with friends like THRICE since the good ol' Wymount days when it was like every weekend...Let's get together!!!
wow!!! I had no idea it would do that. when I saw the picture I thought it was like a little teddy baer or somthing lol
