Does anyone in the St George area have canning stuff I can borrow? I guess by "canning stuff" I really mean the big tub to can it in. Or a pressure cooker. But I don't know how to use that (not that I've ever actually canned anything anyway). Basically I've got jars, I'll get lids, and peaches are on sale at Harmons, so I would welcome anyone who has knowledge, skills, or supplies they can share.
So funny. I was just looking on amazon for prices on pressure cookers and canning stuff, thinking I might want to go domestic that way. Let me know how it goes for you.

I would talk to the Galoways in the ward. They are canning experts.

my mom has all/most of the stuff. peaches are $14 for 22# at Lins this week. i could convince her to teach us and let us use her stuff. just an idea.
I don't know how to can peaches, but I know how to freeze 'em!
